Tea Party challenge: monochromatic cards
Susan's challenge for this week's smARTworks Tea Party was to make a monochromatic card - any theme, any color - just all one color! If you've followed me for any length of time, you know my favorite color is brown...! So here's is my version of the challenge. I call it...Sepia Bunting. :) The Indigo Bunting is stamped in Versafine Vintage Sepia ink, then colored with Prismacolor pencil. I used a scalloped circle punch to mask the clouds, and added some white pencil highlights. The sentiment is from the Rose Trio #3 set. That's it! The papers are mixed and matched from my scrap stash, and I added a few hoarded-far-too-long eyelets for effect.Post a link in the comment section if you played along with today's challenge, and be sure to check out the other team members' creations as they post throughout the day...
