I've had this piece card-ready since before we went on furlough, but it got tucked in a box and forgotten. I'll admit the mouse is a lit-tle disproportionate...but isn't he cute? I trimmed him from this image here. Love love love his little contented grin...a cup of tea does seem to make things better, doesn't it? I'm ready for one this morning...

Stamps used on this card:
Feeling Rosy (House Mouse - Stampabilities)
Daffodil Pots - Impression Obsession
Saying - smARTworks
Flourish (on tan base panel) - Stamp Camp

Thanks so much for all the hugs and encouragement yesterday...I think as sisters or anyone everywhere we have the opportunity to always keep growing and learning and with that often comes being humbled as well. But as someone challenged me several years ago: "What's it going to take to make you quit?"

We've made it our goal to learn the language and culture here to be effective communicators with our students and neighbors, etc. but my helper is actually also in the same process. She's from a remote village and our local language is not her first language. Her culture isn't the same as what we've been learning, and in addition to learning local culture, she's trying to figure out Americans at the same time! It's a lot to deal with at once...especially as shy as she is. So...grace goes both ways.

Have a great day!
