Mr. Penguin goes to the beach.
Inspired by Mr. Turtle the other day, Mr. Penguin also went to the beach! This is my entry for the Art Impressions monthly contest...I haven't entered for so long, and thought I'd give it a shot. Instructions are pretty much the same as the turtle card, except for the penguin being in the water. I added a few 'reflection' lines in the water beneath him with a white gel pen. I do have an "it's all good" stamp, but not from Art Impressions, so the text on the card is computer generated.
Ugh, crazy busy day! School all morning, staff ladies' meeting all afternoon, went for a walk with a friend, and in between have been learning new things about gif animation and ad banners! Such fun......
Your penguin is just so cute. It really put a smile on my face. The turtle was great, but this is really wonderful. I am so glad I get to frequently hear about your life and how things are going. I hope today goes well for you. I entirely undestand the busy part. Thanks for sharing your life and artistic inspiration :) Elizabeth S. in mid-Michigan

Really love the penguin - he looks so relaxed! I'll have to show this to my 12 yr old grandson - he's been crazy for penguins for years (even his room is decorated in penguins!)
