baking bunnies
Hi! I'm still here...we just don't have internet set up at our house, so I'm having to do some "creative access" connecting. Gotta love truckstops. :)
We're enjoying getting settled in to our little place outside of town - it does feel like home, since it's the last place we lived before we moved overseas. We were sooooo warmly received at church yesterday, and that was wonderful. It feels so good to be here...yet at the same time, I don't want to get so comfortable that I won't want to leave when it's time! Sigh.......just got an email from one of our "adopted sons", and that has me missing our friends all the more.
Here's one of my new Happy Hoppers - I love to cook and bake, so I had to have this one. If you can see it up close, there is white glitter flour on the bunnies' noses and ears, and in and around the bowl. Very fun! The saying is from Penny Black, and had been on my list for a long time. Cute saying, huh?
I have a little contest coming soon, with stamps from Heart and Soul Rubber Stamps...but I need to wait until I have a reliable internet connection before I post it. Be ready though...a few trivia questions and 4 sets of stamps to give away, just in time for Easter!!
Have a great week!
This is absolutely beautiful. The bunnies look so sweet. You did a great job.

Dina, I heard about the earthquake near Indonesia and instantly thought of you. They say it primarily affected a very small isolated island and there were few casualties. I hope all your friends there are safe and sound!! I will be praying for everyone!
ReplyDeleteDina your card is perfect, the coloring and the shading you added behind the bunnies is great.
ReplyDeleteHopefully you'll get your internet set up soon.
