The Sunburst background and Mary Manger Silhouette image made the focal panel of my card so easy - I inked the background and misted it before stamping. I did the same with the silhouette, then added details with Albrecht Durer Watercolor Pencils.
The cardstock I used for the frame is from a pack of "Crinkles" cardstock - so a quick swipe with a brown inkpad easily distressed the raised areas. The little tag was cut with a Sizzix die, and you can find the sentiment HERE.
