I stamped the Poppy image using white dye ink (Memories). I didn't use any kind of solvent with the pencils, just blended with the pencils themselves. I added some sponging and collage stamping using white dye ink just to break up the black a little.
For the card base, I masked off a horizontal section, and sponged and stamped using black Memento ink.
Stamps used (all from Impression Obsession): French Postal, French Ledger, Petal Flourish, Poppy Bouquet, Paris Registre
