I stamped the portrait image in Sepia ink and shaded it with reinkers and a waterbrush. After the panel was dry, I coated the entire thing with Ranger Crackle Accents. That's fun stuff... You can see the effect below... I used the fan stamp to create a little texture on the background panel. The diecut is made by Provocraft for Cuttlebug.

smARTworks DT challenge: Fannie Mae
